Tile Wall: How Many Panels?

A delivery of glowing tiles must be packed into equal panels. Each panel holds the same number of tiles — what is the FEWEST whole panels you need so every single tile has a home?

First decide what to do with the tiles, then choose your panel size. Work out how many panels you need before you build — set the dial and press Build the wall to see if every tile lands. A leftover tile can't float: it needs a whole extra panel.
