Grow the flower so the RED ring has exactly the target number of petals AND red has exactly the stated number MORE than blue — both at once!

Each petal is one flower in the pictogram. Every petal has a mirror twin across the centre line — so the bloom grows in pairs. Count the petals to read each ring, just like reading a pictogram chart. You must satisfy both clues on the card at once to lock the bloom into place.
